Payment Instructions (CA)

Below are the instructions for submitting your rent payment for all rental in the state of California.

Payment Methods:

1. Zelle

   • Recipient Email: Pay@Firmaven.com

   • Recipient Name: Firmaven LLC

   • Memo: Please include your full name and unit address when sending payment.

2. Bank Transfer

   • To arrange a bank transfer payment, please contact us directly at contact@firmaven.com for wallet details and payment instructions.

   • Memo: Include your full name and unit address for reference.

3. Debit and Credit Card (via PayPal)

   • You can make payments using your debit or credit card through our secure payment processor, PayPal.

   • To pay via PayPal, use the following link: Rent Payment-Firmaven LLC (3% fee applies to credit/debit)

   • Please include your full name and unit address in the payment notes.

   • A 3% fee will be added to all credit and debit card payments. For example, if your total is $100, you will need to enter the total to be $103 and then submit that amount as your final amount to be charged.  

   • The "Pay Later" option is not accepted—all payments must be made in full at the time of the transaction.  

4. Cryptocurrency Payments

   • We are forward-thinking and also accept rent payments in the following cryptocurrencies:

     • XRP

     • BTC (Bitcoin)

     • ETH (Ethereum)

   • Stable Coins

     • USDC (USD Coin)

     • RLUSD (USD Coin)

   • To arrange a cryptocurrency payment, please contact us directly at contact@firmaven.com for wallet details and payment instructions.

Payment Due Date (Rentals in the state of California):

• Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

• A late fee will apply if payment is not received within 1 day after the due date.

• The 6% late fee is mentioned and agreed upon within your California rental agreement. 

  • For all property types, the late fee will be 6% of the monthly rent.

• Late fees are subject to California Civil Code Section 1671.
